Our suppliers are located in the Jura, Doubs, Bresse, and Dombes regions.
Breakfast
Served at the restaurant between 7:45 am and 9:30 am.
Sweet Side: Pastries, fresh seasonal fruits, dairy products, multigrain bread, baguettes, toast, crispbread, pastries, jams, and other treats.
Savory Side: Jura cold cuts, farmhouse cheeses from Franche-Comté, and accompaniments.
